The purpose of establishment of “Public Complaints Resolution Mechanism” is to deliver a prompt & consistent response to the complaints relating to WAPDA projects only through coordinating with the concern departments.
It is clarified that complaints will not be entertained pertaining to all electricity companies like LESCO, MEPCO, FESCO, QESCO, PESCO, IESCO, SEPCO, HESCO, GEPCO, TESCO and NTDC or GENCOS’s etc due to their detachment from WAPDA.

How to complaint?
The complainant must send/convey the complaint along with the pre-requisite/ supporting documents.
